Achievement Target Times

March 2024 – The target times have been updated in line with athletic performance (age grading).
The age grading is based on elite times and each award is a factor of that time as follows for each of the 7 road distances recognised by HRR:
Platinum (National Class): 80%
Gold (Regional Class): 70%
Silver (Local Class): 60%
Bronze: 50%

Additionally there are achievement awards for Ultra marathon races. These are based on distance rather than times as terrain/ environment is a big factor in these races.
