HRR Summer BBQ
We are very pleased to announce that we will be holding a BBQ to celebrate the summer and HRR’s 36th birthday on Sunday 22nd July 2018 from 2pm onwards.
Where: The field connected to the Barley Mow Pub
Who: Members and their families/ friends are very welcome
What:
- A fun, informal afternoon of eating and drinking in the sun (guaranteed!! :-))
- We will be running an “honesty BBQ”, so there is no cost to turn up, we just ask for a donation for the food you enjoy.
- We plan to organize a few impromptu games (possibly rounders etc..) which will be designed with both kids and adults in mind. No pressure to join in, hecklers from the side-lines are also welcome!!!!
The rules bit:
Before:
- I have put an “event” on Facebook, please indicate if you plan to attend please let Darren know, either through FB or hrrsiteteam@gmail.com so that we can keep track of numbers in order to buy enough food.
- If you have any dietary requirements please make me aware so that we can ensure you are catered for.
On the day:
- ALL DRINKS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE PUB: The Barley Mow have made this very clear, so PLEASE DON’T bring your own alcohol.
- The pub car park will be busy so please use the canal car park opposite the pub if there are no spaces.
- We have to remove all rubbish after use, so we’d really appreciate your consideration throughout the afternoon using the bins/ bags provided
